Ownership & insiders

Institutional holdings (13F)

Ownership218,616 filings · 11,901 managers

Every 13F manager's positions, amendment-resolved and kept continuous through mergers, splits and renames.

The quarterly holdings every institutional manager files on Form 13F, turned into one register per stock and one portfolio per manager. Amendments are resolved so each quarter is counted once, and corporate actions are tracked so a merger doesn't read as a fake exit plus a fake new position.

AAPL HDSas of 2026-06-30

Why it's different. Amendment resolution and corporate-action continuity are built in, and each manager gets a track record computed from holdings and prices.

Know this: 13F covers long US-listed positions, filed up to 45 days after quarter end. Coverage before 2019 is thin.

Insider trades (Form 4)

Classified insider trades with discretionary buys and sells split from 10b5-1 plans, exercises and tax withholding.

Every Form 4 and Form 5 transaction, classified into open-market buys, open-market sells, planned 10b5-1 sales, exercises, tax withholding and awards. Dollar values are cleaned, since raw filer prices are often wrong, and each trade links to one person across every company they file for.

Why it's different. Plan sales are recovered from footnotes as well as the post-2023 checkbox, so insider selling is separated from scheduled selling. Buyers carry a record of how their past buys did.
